- Pandemics or epidemics, including COVID-19 or any other similar global or local health emergencies that disrupt the supply chain, manufacturing, or delivery of services;
- Failure of equipment, such as power outages, server crashes, or hardware malfunctions.
14.2 Pandemic or Health-Related Emergencies
In the event of a pandemic, epidemic, or similar global health crisis (such as COVID-19), the Company will not be held responsible for any delays or failures in product fulfillment, shipping, or delivery services that are impacted by such events.
The Company may also be forced to modify or discontinue services temporarily or indefinitely due to such external factors. In such cases, no liability will be incurred by the Company, and you will have no recourse for any disruptions in services or product delivery during such times.
